あるドイツ人女性が書いた物語についてのインタビューと、自分の母のガーデニングの様子が重なります。そうした日常行為の中で、機織り工場での労働者が映し出され、そこで、ドイツでの戦争の歴史が挿入されます。声の男は、ナチ親衛隊に昔従事していた戦争犯罪者です。

An interview about a story written by a German woman is layered together with scenes of my mother gardening. Workers at a weaving factory are projected into this everyday activity, and the wartime history of Germany is inserted. The male voice is that of a war criminal who belonged to the Schutzstaffel (SS) during the war.
